This is a great spot for spring kayak fishing. It is loaded with structure. Rock piles everywhere. It's also great for family trips.

I have never fished it but I hear some really large bass cruse the structure if the Thimble Islands. I was shore bound this year but I am looking at a kayak for next season. If I get one I will have to give it a try.
