When posting a reference, like a report, please post the link whenever possible. Then call out the pages or sections you wish people to see.
Many folks have dial-up service and lengthy pages, though useful, take a lot of time to load.
Also, it is important to allow viewers to see the whole document. Not just a particular section. This allows the full intent and information to be read, preventing something to be taken out of context.
Remember, cross-posting, posts from other chat forums and the like, are not allowed.
