Any good striper lakes in Utah?

I moved to Utah from Virginia a few months back and I really miss the saltwater striper action. Can anyone offer suggestions to where I can go for freshwater striper in UT?

My brother-in-law went to school at U of U and if I am not mistaken, I believe he said Lake Powell was loaded with big stripers.
