Using Mac OS 9.2 with internet explorer and it takes 1-2 MINUTES to get each page to open. And I'm using cable modem. Somethings wrong, it's impossible to use. It took me 10 minutes to get to send this message.

We did test with Mac 9 and IE, so there should be alot of problems. I have been running a lot of processor intensive stuff in the background, such as rebuilding my search index.
I will check the bug list and get back.

So I reported it. I expect they won't be working today, but I generally get answers within the hour on problems like that.
Don't worry, we'll get you fixed up.
What version of IE are you using? What Mac and ram? Although I usually operate in OSX online on my Mac, I tested opening IE 5.2 from within Mac OS 9.2 (which is what I'm using for this reply) with no problems or delay on my cable connection.
After seeing your post, I also decided to test it with an older version of Netscape and did have some delay using Navigator 4.7 from within OS 9.2 but found a quick and dirty fix. It may or may not help your Explorer problem, but, if you are loading slowly, you might try hitting the back and then the forward button. I also had a problem on the first loading of the Reel-Time site on my older Navigator which was fixed by simply hitting the Return/Enter key a second time after pulling up the Bookmark (Favorite on IE) or entering the Reel-Time address.
The other possible quick and dirty you might try is to go to the User CP Control Panel on Reel-Time, select Edit Options, scroll to Thread Display Options, then click to turn off Show Signatures, Avatars, and Images. It might speed things up.
I have had no problems with Netscape 7.02 or Explorer 5.2 from within Mac OSX.
Good luck.

I am beginning to wonder if the problem is related to my navigation bar code. Code someone with the slowness problem go to this site and look around their forums to see if they have the same problem there... http://www.vbulletin.com/forum

It appears that our menu (yech...my code...) is causing the slow response for Mac 9.X users. I have configured the code to remove the offending navigation bar for you. Let me know if this is better!
FYI, the navigation bar you should not be seeing is the one that says reports, features, fly tying...etc. horizontally under our logo.
