Bimini or Treasure Cay in May

Ok, so after doing a bunch of research and playing with dates and such.....I have narrowed down to two options. Bimini or Treasure Cay for this May. I would love to hear your opinions. We are hoping to do some fishing w/ guides and some on our own. Also wondering about 'incidental' species at each place.
