We've been plugging a lot of stuff into the calendar you see at the top of the screen...but that is not the only calendar! You each have access to your own private calendar. Click on the link for the calendar and at the bottom right side of the screen (you'll need to scroll down) you will find "Calendar Jump" which will say "Public" - change that to private and you can upload your own events and schedules.
You can also request email reminders for any events, both public and private...
To get an event included in the public calendar, email David Churbuck or myself and we'll have it up almost immediately.
You'll also find that we're displaying upcoming events on the RT homepage as well!
