Well That was fast!! Got o flies here they come! Please also give a little description as to why this is your go to fly...

Due date will be March 15 to keep consistent with the swap dates from the last few months. When completed please PM me for mailing information. FAQ thread applies. I will update this thread list with the status of the flies as I recieve them so when you are done, PM me for mailing information.

If you can, take pic’s of your flies in various stages of production and upload them into the pattern library, the more the merrier!!

Also, no pressure, but if you like, throw in an extra for a “swap fly giveaway” like we did with the hardtail flies.

Keep in mind there will be several swaps this month, so if you enter a few please watch the due dates, they can be a lot of work!

Yeah, I like the different colors too, they are a nice looking fly. What kind of hooks do you use? They have a huge eye, makes it nice for heavier leaders.

Its The Eagle Claw 254- I Use It For The Flies I Fish At Night Because I Can Tie Them On W/out A Light. I Also Find That At Night The Tin Version Out Fishes The 254ss Version....... Kinda Weird.

It catchs more fish than the other flies.....

I tied up a bunch of chartreus/olive over white flashtop clousers.
This fly saved the day a few times last season.
Pulled a bunch of doormat sized fluke of a sandbar in....nevermind!! ;)
Also caught a few schoolies on second to last outing of last season.

I finished tying the flies last evening, they are curing as we speak. I will get them out tomorrow.

I hope y'all like crab-colored clousers, I changed my mind from my original choice of ties... I guess I should have got in the clouser swap! :)

Nope...I am still waiting for some, but I have heard from everyone so it shouldn't be long...sorry for the delay!

sorry everyone,
I lost track of time but will have flies in the mail in the morning.
Been working on this *%!@$#!!! boat every night for a week and most nights for a month before that.
Flies are what I like to refer to as an eclectic bunch of decievers. They are probably the most adaptable fly out there. Tied slim you have a sandeel full you have a largish herring or smallish squid. My go to fly.
Ruge if you can't put them in this swap then put in another or arrange for a newcomer giveaway. A few extras as well.
No more swaps this year but next winter definitely more organised.

I am the lame tyer that is so late and is holding everything up. I am happy to report that 12 polar fiber minnows went out today and Shaun should get them in by Friday. Sorry again.

The good news is, I wrote down everyone's address so I could send them out, and I saved you a set. The bad news is I just sent them out this morning. Not a problem at all, I will send you your set soon, and send out your flies to everyone else. Thanks to all, this was a great swap!! Pics are up.....

I should also add, with tyhe one set out for now, you all will recieve 10 flies (I assume you don;t need your own fly back). Once I get FishCT's soon I will send it out making 11.

Also, many of you sent me a lot of flies leaving 2 or 3 extra. So, I have enough to give a full set to the Jimmy fund auctions, and a set for a giveaway...thanks!!
