Pete Cooper Jr, from Lousiana, ties a cobia fly called the Flashy Chartreuse Thing. It's a variation of a Clouser Deep Minnow and it's been referenced in numerous articles that he's written in a variety of magazines. The tying instructions were detailed in one of the saltwater fly fishing magazines last year but I can't seem to find it. Can anyone recall the issue that has the tying instructions or can anyone point me in the right direction to find the pattern? Thanks.
