I just ran a count on the number of flies that I have in my boxes, wallets and in my basement and it is a RIDICULOUS number so here is the offer:

Anybody who is new to saltwater fly fishing, or someone who needs some flies to go fishing is welcome to a dozen ( mixed bag, deceivers, clousers, epoxies, etc....) send me your address and I will send you flies, First 6 requests are assured of a dozen after that we 'll play it by ear.

WOW That was fast, I have 6 dozen flies going out tomorrow from MA. to TX. to CA. Sorry but the offer is now closed. I may re-open it shortly after I take inventory and see where I am, and if anyone would want what I have left.

I have at least three dozen flies that I have culled from my boxes also. Some have been culled because they are lower quality than what I am currently tying. But they will all catch fish. If you love fishing and are low on cake, or are just getting into it and need some starter flies, I can join Peter Mac and donate a few dozen flies.

That offer for some flies sounds great. Are there still some left? I purchased my first fly rod last April but only got to use in 2-3 times in the past year. I'm mainly a striped bass fisherman from southeast, CT. If the offer is still open, can you send some to:

Hey guys,

There is one more set of flies that I have to go out, they will be in the mail tomorrow morning (Ken they are yours, sent you a PM).........that makes 7 dozen flies in less than 24 hours, good stuff, I hope you guys catch some fish and have a blast!!!.........I am now tapped out on the flies so anyone else will have to take Sentience up on his generous offer to send you some flies......

Thank you for the flies, I hope to put them to good use. Got home on Sunday after a long ride with screaming kids from the Cape last night. It was nice to walk in and see a package sitting on the table. Flies looked great! Keep in touch and when the weather starts to break, a morning of fishing and lunch and :-% on me!
