Hudson River -1st Stripers ?

Looking forward to trying some of those flats this Spring.
Any suggested areas for April ?

Try launching your Yak out of Croton Pt Park or The West Yard ( Train Tracks on Senasqua Rd. ) There is a small break in the break wall that you can launch a small craft up to 16ft. From there paddle 50-100yds off shore and start to troll a Blue and Silver jointed Bomber or Rapala ( 7 inches or better shallow runner ). You'll hook up ;)
