cabella's FT rods

i'm looking for a back up rod for my glx 4 piece 8 weight. have read much on the TiCr and they sound great. anyone fished a cabela's FT?

I've only cast them on the lawn at a Cabela's in the midwest. I liked the rod a lot but I'm still waiting for some time to build one or two from blanks (which I think are a great deal). Throws tight loops a long ways pretty easily with an action I preferred to the top of the line SLi which I also tested.
