how do you attach photos?

not sure what i am doing wrong. my photos are jpeg.. and i can tfigure out how to attach photos?

Are they named photo.jpeg ? After that it should be just a matter of following the instructions in the manage attachments under Additional Options.
click Browse to get to your picture.
click upload and wait.
close window and submit reply.
