Poly Bear question

Just picked up some Poly Bear, combination of angel hair and polypropylene. Any advice on patterns that i can tie with it.

Poly Bear is a good material for flies with full body shapes like bunker, herring patterns. It keeps is shape while wet and remains somewhat stiff. Can be nicely shaped with a pair of scissors.
