Went to the pipes this morning; current started moving northward at app. 8:30. Fished till 10:30 or so; no action. However upon leaving a guy told me he caught a handful there last evening (Fri., while we SWFAOD were at the Henlopen Pier). He was not fly fishing, but if he said what he was using, I forget. Based on that and past experience, I'm beginning to believe that this is a low light fishery. The wind, of course, was HOWLING.
