Susquehanna Flats stripers

Have the stripers shown up on the Susquehanna Flats. I am scheduled to fish on the 18th of April. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

Stripers are there, although reports vary - check MD DNR web page for warning regarding debris in the water fron recent PA rains. Water is very muddy, at least near the Susq. River area (as of Sat. 4-8).

I am a striper surfcaster from South Shore Massachusettes. I've been living in Ma for the past five years. However, I was actually born and raised in Emmaus, Pa. I was wondering if anyone could give me some info on some spots to check out on the Deleware River for stripers? What part of the Susqhehanna are you talking about?
