View Full Version : Mounting Handle on Console
I just bought a 12" stainless steel handle that I am going to mount on the side of my console. I currently do not have one there. I am deciding whether or not to mount it paralell with the deck, or at any angle (say 30-40 degree).
Any suggestions.
Thanks,
Ray G

I'd angle it. More ergonomic, but then you won't be able to set things on it as easily. Use a backer plate when you mount it.

Thanks Mark...
How are things? Well I hope.
I was hoping to do it this weekend, but with the wonderful weather! I will put an aluminum plate on the back for support. I am still playing with different mounting positions.

I'm doing fine. Been a little busy lately. Had 4 sites launched last month.
Remember we'll be looking to grab that handle from a standing position while we scream along at mach 2...
