Hook open?

Hey, I have been outta state for a while, and am wondering what has been resolved about access to the point at the Hook. Is the fence up or down? Is it open to fishing?

You can fish the Hook same as last year. The only problem is that it is loaded with yellow-eyed demons --123-3 and not much else. The bass seem to be in J-Bay in in very good size.

I haven't had any problems fishing the hook this year. Just stay on the trails and away from the shoooting range.
