Hey,
I am going to be wade fly-fishing near Port Jefferson on Long Island this weekend. Anyone out there interested in joining up for a trip Saturday morning? I am relatively new to the area and to saltwater fly fishing and would be psyched to learn from someone who knows more about the area and the sport. Or if anyone is going out nearby in a boat, I would be happy to pay for lunch, drinks, and gas for the experience.
This feels like I am placing a singles ad but it has to be the best way to learn the sport. Anyone feeling generous or want some company. I am easy to get along with and would love the chance to speed up the learning process and meet some new fishing buddies. I will be in the area all summer.
