Fished Huntington Harbor and Inlet area this morning on the incoming tide. Picked up a half dozen fish on Chartruese/Yellow Clousers with the 8wt.

Took the first keeper of the season at 33" and 13lbs. on the boga taken in 4ft. of water. Was good to feel some bulk on the lines as the first few trips of the season was nothing but dinks and some small schoolies. Good to get the monkey off the back. Will fish the new moon this coming weekend looking for the seasons first Worm Hatch. Will report back if it comes off.

Good Luck and God Bless our soldiers.

P.S. I'm all for taking a fish or two home for dinner but this baby was gently released to fight another day.
