Well I bit the bullet and bought a Tarpon 12 this week and had my 1st excertion this morning in Duxbury bay. On some good advice from Captain Charlie Lemieux I fished a flat near harlands landing and picked up about a doz. fish. The higher the sun rose the more finicky the fish became. I saw dozens of fish roaming the flats or following in my fly,it was a blast! I might never fish from shore again.

Your life will never be the same. The obsession is born. You will soon come up with some creative excuses to get more fishing time in. You will find a new freedom and a new happiness. Then you will complain about fish size. "Thats all thats around here tonight are 10-20lbers". LOL
