Hi,
There some Teva shoes at half-price in a Marshall next to the place where I live.
Here my though: buying a pair of them in a large size (1 or 2 more than mine) and using them as wading shoes with Waders...
They are made for wet wading so I guess it would work well and at this price they sound like a cheap pair of wading shoes.

Any suggestions ?

Just make sure they have a bottom that will resist anything you step on that can hurt you.

Ok, thanks for the advice.

I already own one pair of them for wet wading and outdoor activities and I really like them, they seem to be resistant and they have a good sole for rocks ...

You will get a lot of toe/ankle bone "stubbing."

I like my LL Bean Aquastealths. Pricey but I recon I will never be buying another pair. Lots of walking support and ankle toe protection.

You can get a really decent pair of wading boots for about $50.

If they are the shoe style tevas (Avators) I have been using them this season and they are great. I have only used them wet wading but wouldn't see any issues going 1 or 2 sizes up for use with waders. The soles are ultra grippy for rock hoping although also grab fly line if your not careful.
