NMFS Permits

No comment on who does or does not have a permit. Has anyone (who has a permit) had difficulty REPORTING a catch to NMFS (Anglers required to report catch) over teh past week? I tried to report a BFT caught on Saturday through normal procedure and the website has been re-directed.. Anyone else experience this issue ?
