What do you think about this stripping basket:
LL Bean (http://www.llbean.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?&storeId=1&catalogId=1&langId=-1&categoryId=31641&sc1=Search&feat=sr)
For travelling, it sounds good as light gear and space saver ...
Do you think it's bad that it does not have some cones on the bottom ?

without the cones in it, is it really worth it? what kind of fishing are you looking to do with it? wading or from a boat?
if you're worried about space, just buy a rigid one and roll up your socks and underwear into it. then it really doesn't take up any space! the other ll bean one is much better IMHO.

It de[ends were you are traveling. After a ton of trips my travelling stripping basket of choice involves a stop to a local K-Mart, Walmart, homedepot, local supermarket, convenience store or what ever is around & I buy a plastic dish pan. A couple of holes with a knife and a bungee chord and I'm all set. Its just what I prefer.

It 's for wading, and some few times on a boat...
Ok thank for the advice.
Orvis also make one for traveling, with some cones in it, but the price is twice.
I am with Pete, every year I head to the Keys and every year I stop and pick up a dish pan or plastic basket at a local store. Just one more thing I do not have to pack.
