fly rod help please

has anybody heard of "j. austin forbes" fly rods? they make a really neat small pack rod. it has an IM6+ blank, rosewood reel seat, and titanium hardware, so all the parts sound good. it's an 8 piece 9' 5-6 wt. i need an all-purpose rod i can fit in my backpack, and this one fits the bill, but i don't know about this maker's rods in general. it has a price i find hard to resist!!! :)
