Went out to Barrington early this morning, got there about 6am.
Slight wind blowing and saw some movement off the beach, no blitzing bot some boils and bait jumping. :)
Launched and caught a nice one about 50yards of the main beach on Chartruese clouser. --127-3-
Worked the area to the right (golfcourse I think) got one hit but missed him, annother fellow in a Yak caught a striper nice but not legal.
left there and worked the area to the left, saw lots of small blitzes, they only lasted about 2-4 seconds and then gone again. Could not get a hit on poppers or sinking flies...
I left around 11am with only the one Blue and probably 5 missed ones.
there was lots of bait in the water right at the beach.
Hopefully it turned on in the afternoon.

So far nothing - fishing of some kind.
What about those Albies? Do you know more?

I fished the Barrington Beach area Thursday from my boat. From 9:00 to 11:30 (when I went in for clam cakes and chowder), there were huge blitzes from Sabin Point to Nyatt Point and then from the mouth of the Warren River to Mill Gut. There was really nothing going on during that time just off BB. Blues ran from 3 to 10lbs. More 5 to 8 than anything else.
