Pheathers and Phur and a bit of Phlash...
Long shank 4/0 Tiemco popper hook or #2 Mustad Signature O'Shaug....
Sparse phlash and some long hackles (with phuzz) tyed in just above the bend...
BIG EYEZ epoxied in place...
Cross cut Wabbit wapped on weaving woom for the phinal palmered hackle...
The phly phluffs up in the water...looks like a drowned rat out of the water but cast just phine!
Can be downsized to suit for early spring mini Stripes
