i have a degree in eletricity and eletronic which means nothing till i fulfill an aprenticeship and become an licensed electrician but on to the best part the motors you use to build rod dryers and fly dryers are called gear motors and can be found at
http://www.surpluscenter.com/electric.asp
two things try to stay under 30 rpms or the epoxy will fling off and second dont order one with a capistor that the item needed on some of these gear motors they are marked in .047 mfd which the mfd stands for microfarad or so on if hook it up wrong some may explode or catch fire it wold be much easyer to order one that does not need one and third eleticity is dangerous so be carefull
any ways good luck and tight lines rhino --123-3 --123-3 --123-3
