We're looking for an independent guide out of Sandy Point for a days fishing in June. We want to mix it up a little during our stay. --127-3-

You might want to at least give these guys a call: http://oii.net/pinderbros/

I've fished with both Chris and Buddy and can vouch for their abilities as guides. I'm not sure if they go as far as Sandy Point? But, Buddy just got a new boat and trailer a little while back, so he may be more mobile than before.
I'm jealous! Sandy Point is stunning! :brow

Patrick Roberts is one of the more reliable guides in that area. You can contact him @ 242 366-4286.

Patrick will spend most of his time on the cell phone. He's very talented but will not work very hard. I would not fish with him again.

Thanks for that piece of info. It's a moot point for me now, as we have committed to another guide for a full week of fishing in some other parts of the island.

I found Patrick to be a really good guide in March 2004; highly recommended, as also was Justin Sands of Marsh Harbour. Friend with a condo there says Buddy Pinder is good too. Cannot recommend Rickmon Bonefish Club accomodations as v poor quality & v high price. Commute from elsewhere.
