I'm planning a trip to Tortola for spring break in early march. My family and I are going on our sail boat but I intend to rent a few internationals to troll with while we're near Anegada and Virgin Gorda. I had a little luck when i went down last summer with some small blackfin tuna-good eating. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for wahoo, dolphin, or yellowfin or if any of those will even be there at the time. I'd like to land a marlin but might wait until i'm on something other than a sailboat to do so.
