Anyone have any idea if these are fishable this time of year?

There is still 2 feet of snow on the ground in Townsend.
If you ABSOLUTELY must address your jones, go to the Swift.

funny, i was actually thinking the same thing about those rivers. I'm sure there's lots of snow, but is the water open flowing? :) I've caught trout in the winter before, as long as there's some open water to drop a fly onto.
I'm starting to get cabin fever pretty bad.

Beleive me, there is just as much snow on the ground in Ware as there is in Townsend.
Both rivers are "fishable" in terms of having low water. I was at the Nis last week and it was a nice level. Saw fish but didn't hook up. The fish are there but they are slooooooooooow.
