Snook/redfish 8 wt line recom. for sanibel?

Going to Sanibel beg. may and have a rio clouser 8wt floating line. I have a spare spool and was wondering if I should get something that sinks. if so, any suggestions?

I doubt you will need a sinking line. A tropical floater may come in handy though.

You might like an intermediate ( WF-I ) to fish the beach, that way the waves won't affect the feel of the bite as the flyline sinks under the water; not the way a WF-F on top of the water rides the waves up & down! :cool:
