I have to be in Boston over Memorial Day and was looking for a shore guide since I have never fished the area and do not have the time to explore. Any recomendations?

I don't know if Jack Gartside guides, but he'd be my first choice for a shore guide for Boston Harbor. His website is http://www.jackgartside.com

If he doesn't guide, he may be able to point you in the right direction. Also, a bunch of guys on here are knowledgeable about shore opportunities in the Boston Hbr area.

Thanks bdowning. I would be glad to swap a trip with someone in the harbor area for a trip in my local waters. (Central PA for trout and smallmouth bass) If anyone is interested.

A block or two away from Jack is Dave Skok. I have never been with him on a guided trip but from what I know of him you will have fun. He's a great guy.

Never guided with Dave either, but have taken tying classes with him and from that experience, not only will you have a lot of laughs, but you'll learn a hell of a lot about the area, technique, and so on...
