Hi All,

Just wanted to get the conversations going with the onset of the decent weather. Spent yesterday (April 7) walking the beaches at Union Beach. At dead low tide, the water was disugusting with all the runoff from upriver. There were a few bait fisherman doing nothing, but I did see a good amount of birds working half a mile off the beach!

Cruised over to the hook and fished the incoming tide by the Highlands bridge. 3 guys in a boat did nothing. I had one small hit on a clouser...probably a sea-robin...but it still got the blood pumpin.

Anyone have any intel on when the Bass are expected in numbers?

I tried to hit the water on Tuesday at IBSP. Thought the good weather would bring on he bite, yet had no luck, water temp was below 50. Hopefully the Stipers or blues will pick up soon and give us something to talk about.
try and keep al posted
