Fished Crane Pond morning through mid-day on Saturday with no luck at all. Anyone ever have luck there? There was tremendous damsel nymph migration, though I saw none hatching. I had size 12 damsel nymphs with me but I needed size 16's as these were tiny. There was no surface action, but I did manage to spook a few fish sub-surface as I saw their retreat in the form of a V on the surface. The Parker River along this section looks like it could hold some huge fish. Lots of undercut banks that you just know hold wise on browns. Tough to fish, though.
