Kept hearing that they stock the Charles River with trout and had a free hour this evening. So I took my 4 year old son and helped him drown some worms below the falls in Natick. The effort payed off as he caught 5 nice brookies (9-12 inches) and about 10 big sunfish. After about 45 minutes I couldn't resist and picked up 2 nice brookies on a spinner. My son was thrilled and even though worms aren't my favorite way to catch fish, the trip was extremely rewarding. --127-3-

My son is now 20, we started to fish together as soon as he could walk. While his time is more limited do to school, special friend, etc, he still makes time to fish with the "old man." No words need be passed, just together on the water, with an occasional fish to mutually admire...there is nothing better...enjoy
