Thanks to all who gave me tips on guides. Interesting issue arose -- one came highly recommended and is a wading guide and the other name PM'ed to me a couple of times runs a boat. Bear in mind I am used to rivers and streams and never fished the saltwater before. I can throw a rock across 99% of the water I fish here. Which is my best bet? I would assume boat, but one name that kept coming up is a wader.

In Chatham the most popular spot are the Monomoy Islands. This is wade fishing while sight fishing. It is great, but like the Keys, there are several guides who pole the flats too. If you're in a boat you can cover lots of ground in several spots.

If you can get a day with Randy Jones I'de jump on it.

I've sent him 2 e-mails and left a voice mail, so hopefully we will work something out. I had another post at another bulletin board also recommend him, and a third recommendation e-mailed to me. He must know what's going on. In my book, someone who can land steelhead on flies has got to know what he is doing :) A little Idaho bias there. Thanks for all of your help, Ray.
