Wednesday 5/18
Late afternoon Tried Norton Point, Coney Island Flats, & Breeze Point.Windy & Choppy. No Bird, No Bites, No fish.
Headed for Staten Island. Fished around Old Orchard & Staten Island Beaches. Fishes came up close to the beach mostly blues (small) 1-3 lbs w occasional 5 or 6 lbs some small school bass in the mix. Bite was hot. Fished about hour getting dark w/ out going tide left them biting.
Bunker Chunkers did a job on the big bass overnight.
Heard "Fin Chaser" had 35 lb bass on the fly in the morning.
