MIllers River 6/19 - worth the trip

Hit the lower catch and release area this morning. Steady action on black bead headed wooly buggers dead drifted in the pocket water. Over about 4 hours I had 10+ browns and one 17 inch rainbow. Lost a good number of fish in addition. The buggers had to be bouncing on the bottom to be effective. This was my first time on the river and it is definitely worth the trip.

Were you also getting into some smallmouth as well?
