I am wanting to Make a trip to R.I. in the later part of August for a fishing trip. I am from South Carolina so I am not familar with the different types of fish that are available there. I enjoy Stripped bass fishing and I use spinning reels. I also would like to fish for Yellow Fin Tuna if the are biting that time of year. Is there a charter service near Warwick R.I.? I am also looking for to find hotels that are not far from the airport and charter service if all possible. I am going to leave out ona Wed. and stay till Sun. Do you have to have a certain number of people or can you get with a different group? Any help would be greatful.
Good fishing,
Keith

Try the Saltwater Edge in Newport- they offer guide service, and they aren't that far from the airport- in fact there isn't any place in RI too far from the airport. ron

for guides, try john rainone 401-294-1132.

August may be early for tuna - but john would know for
sure - he lives the stuff.
