yes,they are fresh fish in from the ocean. I was in the area today, and did not fish, but saw lots of bird activity above the dover point bridge while driving by. looked like someting was feedin on herring. Give me a yell if you see me on the water, i operate a white, w/blue trim ranger center console, with white johnson ob.Usually am by myself.
