I am in Freeport for a couple of days. I'll be in Port Lucaya a couple of days, and then West End for most of Sunday.

Any tips on guides in Lucaya or wadeable flats in West End?

Capt. James- I'm going to be in Freport (Lucaya) in October with some buddies and we have a few days booked with Sam Taylor. I was directed to him from users of this site (search "Sam Taylor" here and you'll get a bunch of hits, including his website). I also just ran into an Orvis rep at my local shop and he said that he had been "hearing" about Sam recently- he didn't say good or bad. If you do make it out with him, I'd appreciate a report.
Pinder Bros. get a lot of nods, too. http://www.grandbahamabonefishing.com/
Thanks.

James,
How did you do in Briland and Eleuthera?

Bootle Bay "Resort" (Right in the West End) has some decent guides that I used. i can't remember the head guy's name.....he was an old timer but definitely put me on fish (big fish).

I was staying at Old Bahama Bay and the concierge set it up.
