Ok, I took a stab at compressing my dolphin video... keep in mind its nearly impossible to take good video from a rocking boat: most auto-focus video cameras have a hard time focusing on water; trying to see anything in the viewfinder in direct sunlight is near impossible; and trying to compress video of water is difficult due to the fact that most of the screen is changing in every frame..
Enough excuses, here is the video file.. 3.5Mb, DivX encoder. Considering the original is 177Mb, thats not too bad.
