Do you think it is worth the trip tomorrow to throw herring chunks and rubber shad's in the canal?

Based on the reports I may hold off until next week.

I'm holding off for a few days. This weather should incubate it nicely, but I think catches will still be sporadic until sometime next week. I tried yesterday (nothing) and will probably try again Wednesday.

jim,
i depends on how far you come from. i live right in town, and have yet to fish the canal. i just don't have the time this week.

still, there have only been a few fish taken. i was there this evening getting bait, and never saw a fish taken in the 2 hours i was there.

my advice: give it a week.
