Poked around Wareham/Bourne/Marion yesterday. (Sunday) Lite line and tackle using a Castmaster and 4" Fin-S produced not so much as a bump.
Fished Wareham Center, Weweantic(power lines) & Shell Point.
For fun and curiosity, Checked out the Maritime Academy/Canal side and Behind the Maritime/Buttermilk Bay areas as well. Didn't see anyone with anything, but really didn't look hard. I then was headed towards the Canal herring run to see if there was any action, but the traffic-jammed rotary had me pulling a U-ey and heading back towards Wareham.
Other than lots of dead herring around, I didn't see anything fishy.
I'm headed out to the Canal on Wed Morning with live herring.
