These are pics of the Key West Golf Club development when the storm surge came in. At 7:30 am the hurricane was long gone and everyone went outside to check for damage. Within a span of 10 minutes all this water just poured right in from the Gulf. It receded as fast as it came in. My neighbor had a school of 8-10 pound Tarpon trapped in her backyard after the water receded below her fence. They could not get out and 5 fish died.
