Delta Stripers

I'm comning to San Fran from New Jersey for Christmas with my son. Will there be stripers up in the delta. What will be the best places and best time to fish and what are the favored flies.

The Delta is filled with Stripers this time of year. However the shore fishing is very limited. Flies consist of the same that you would use in New Jersey....clousers, decievers and mushmouths.http://i29.photobucket.com/albums/c279/clouser/100_0650.jpg

I knew another who operated in the area under the name Captain Bud (Brian Wilson) who transplanted there from the Catskills, but I've unfortunately lost track of him.
