Advice on Chokoloskee in Dec.

Wondering how the fishing would be in and around Indian Key Pass in early Dec. ? And how the hurricane may have affected a couple of my favorite oyster bars down there. Also anybody ever have any luck with Sheepshead using a small crab pattern ? Or have any info on catching Pompano in that area as well.

I spent two days last week in that area. It was really dusted up and re-arranged by Wilma... You'll have no trouble spotting shallow areas since alll of them that I saw were thoroughly covered with branches and small bushes. I'll be there again on next Tues and Wed. I'll make a point of posting a fishing report Wednesday night. For what it's worth most of the action that I found was on the inside, and that's what others reported as well....
