Birds Boats & Blues

Saturday 6:30 am Hit the Breeze Point Jetty Birds working Blues 8-10 boats on them with more coming. Lots of Birds but school broke up & fish moved fast, it was like chasing ablies. Chased fish for about an Hour 6 blues (6-8 lbs)by 8:00. had to cut the day very short.
Radio chatter had Birds & Blues all over the place
What a difference a day makes Wednesday winds had tons of bait & fish
S E of jetty & inside Jamacia Bay. Today is was gun & run
Water Temp 52 -54 Sea Conditions Calm early but looked like little wind was starting to pick up.
Be out Monday Morning Less boat= More fish? I hope ;)

Thanks for the report. Isn't that 52-54 degrees getting to be prime big bass temp?

Watching the weather for a trip over there on Monday. Right now it looks borderline for a long tow. If I were local I would try it for sure. Tues looks much worse. Looks as the week end guys got the best of it this week. I do not fish week ends at all.

I'll let ya know how it is Sunday. Suppossed to blow. Gonna be out there before daylight. Sometimes it's fun to fish along side the weekend warriors and show em' how it's done! I fish whenever I can! Even if it means crowds and wind!

Has the east end died ? I have not seen a fish in two weeks . Most of my fishing has been off the beach. I know guys in boats are still catching fish.
