Boca Raton and Islamorada Area Fishing Opps

I'm taking a 4 day weekend trip down to the Boca Raton Dec 8-11. I would like to hit Islamorada as well.

Can anyone provide me with any recommendations as far as hot spots between Boca and Islamorada?

Also, can you recommend reputable/reasonably priced guides that might be able to lead me to some action -- I'm interested in basically any of the fish native to the area: bonefish, permit, snook, tarpon, jacks, barracuda, etc.

I would also be interested in recommendations for beaches that I can fish along for some of the species above...
