Does anyone own or used the Fly Logic FLO or FLO+ series rod ? I'm looking at rods in the 8/9/10 range .Any input would be helpfull.

I purchased the FLO+ 9' #12 weight on ebay last month and when unpacking noticed the following:
- good overall finish
- indeed a fast action but not that fast
However, both ferrule junctions were not good and the rod was vibrating (you could both feel and hear it it tapping) which is a sure sign for breakage. I don't understand how such defect could not have been catched by their QC.
I e-mailed Flylogic and they told me to send it back. The rod has been sent from Belgium (I like the unforeseen extra cost there!!!) and I'm waiting to receive it back. More on that later.

Following up on my previous thread: I just received a new rod from FlyLogic so their customer service is good. Newly received rod seems fine, will see performances in the water!

Just got back from Phuket where I used my 12 weight Fly Logic rod equipped with Teton 12LA: both worked great, plenty of butt reserve to fight the skipjack tuna while sensitive. Teton drag could stop a train. For the money and the frequency of usage I get (living in belgium), both are a bargain.
Off course it would have been nicer to try it out with bigger fishes, but that's for next time !
